HTMLoop

The Mac workspace for HTML documents

Would you send
that AI draft
to a client as is?

HTMLoop is a Mac workspace for turning AI drafts into documents you’d send to a client. It flags the figures and promises it couldn’t find in your own files, lets you fix just that part, and changes nothing until you compare and apply.

Why HTML

A document both AI
and people can read.

Markdown, Word and PowerPoint will keep their place. But documents that AI and people make together need a common base: easy for AI to write and revise, and ready for people to read and use. HTML sits in between.

Easier for AIFamiliar to people

Markdown

Easy for AI to write.

Plain for the people reading it, with no room for a document’s shape: cover, page breaks, layout.

HTML

Easy for AI to write and revise. People read it right in a browser.

Layout, tables, print size and form fields, all in one file.

PPT · Word

Familiar to people.

Awkward for AI to edit precisely, down to the layout.

Building an HTML document by hand used to take a long time. Now AI writes it fluently, and you check and refine.

What we believeIn an era when people no longer write first drafts from scratch, HTML will become the universal foundation for documents. HTMLoop is building that future.

The workflow

From your material
to a finished file.

Start with existing HTML, or create a new document from your own material.

What you finish becomes the starting point for what’s next. Reopen it and carry over its structure and feedback guidelines.
  1. 01 · Sources

    Start with what you know

Describe your goal, add notes and attach reference files. Or begin with an HTML draft you already have.

  2. 02 · Research · revise

    Research, then refine with AI

Research public information and revise selected sections with AI. Facts your material does not support stay marked for checking.

  3. 03 · Review

    You review, then apply

Compare each draft with the original. Check facts, figures and layout, then apply and save.

  4. 04 · Share

    Send the finished file

Share HTML, or PDF for supported formats. Recipients open it in a browser without HTMLoop.

Illustrative scenarios · not customer testimonials

A polished draft still needs
your knowledge.

Fictional

The proposal looks good. Your team’s context is missing.

Before

An AI-generated HTML proposal looks polished, but misses the actual scope and client requirements. You still need to explain the gaps and transfer the revisions.

With HTMLoop

Open the draft and include the relevant material and constraints in your revision request. Select the section to refine with AI, compare the changes, and apply and save what you have checked.

Fictional

Rewriting last month’s report from scratch?

Before

Same structure every month, yet you explain the metric definitions and tone to the AI all over again.

With HTMLoop

Open last month’s finished HTML and carry over its structure and feedback guidelines. Attach the new data, recheck last month’s figures yourself, then apply and save.
